Medical Lasers has files for FDA 510(k) approval and has already received several international certifications.  Additionally, the company has received the following: IEC-60601 is the certification for medical appliances. It is a series of technical standards for the safety and effectiveness of medical electrical equipment. EC-60825 is the certification for safety of laser products and provides requirements on the safety of various laser equipment and uses for them. -- ISO13485: Quality Management Systems Medical Devices Package specifies the requirements and procedures to implement a quality management system for an organization that needs to consistently meet regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices and related services.

Manegement

Bruce J. Schoengood has been Chief Executive Officer of Medifirst Solutions, Inc. since March 16, 2011. Holding key management positions in publicly trading companies,  Mr. Schoengood previously served as COO of The Evermedia Group, Inc. and CEO of Dynamic Media. Mr. Schoengood was honored by Mental Health America NJ with the Golden Bell Media Award was the Founder,  Editor and Publisher of "Successful Child" magazine, an innovative publication devoted to informing and educating parents of children with special needs. Mr. Schoengood worked in the medical education industry consulting for such firms as Haymarket Medical, Physician's Weekly. Genecom and Science & Medicine.
 
As either Publisher, Creative Director or Editor, Schoengood has launched and created  dozens of national newsstand magazines and products in numerous genres including his own publishing company, Blackout Comics.

(MFST) (the "company" or "Medifirst") would like to update shareholders on the progress of its 510(k) submission to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Commented CEO Bruce J. Schoengood, "We are pleased to inform our shareholders that The Time Machine Infrared Laser System is in the final stages of review for 510(k) approval." Working with Medifirst's FDA consulting firm, the company is progressing to gather the information and reports necessary to respond to the request for additional information regarding the hand-held laser system received from the FDA. The deadline for the company to respond is June 2016, but Medifirst anticipates it will have the response completed within the next eight weeks.
